Grilled lamb chops

Ingredients:

- 2 lb of lamb or beef feathers with bones.
- 2 medium-sized onions, cut into slices.
- 1 cup of water.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 2 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp all spices.
- ½ tsp black pepper.
- ¼ tsp ground chili.

Directions:
1- Place the onion slices, water and vinegar in the kitchen machine bowl, and chop the ingredients at high speed for 2 minutes or until the onion is finely chopped.

2- Place a strainer over a deep bowl, pour the onion mixture into it, and mash the mixture with the spoon until its water drains completely into the bowl.

3- Add the spices, salt, black pepper, and chili to the onion water mixture and stir well, then immerse the feather pieces in it and stir well on both sides, then arrange them in the bowl.

4- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably to the next day.

5- Preheat the grill over medium heat, and grease it with a little oil.

6- Grill meat chops for 5 minutes on each side or until well grilled.
