Ginger lemon drink

Apart from weight loss, the ginger lemon drink is great for the problems of the gastrointestinal tract. It helps in fighting bloating and cramps.

The vitamin C and pectin in lemon makes it a good detox drink along with improving the gut.

To make the ginger lemon drink:

- Take one glass of water in a mixer.

- Add some ice and 1-inch ginger and mint leaves. Blend nicely.

- Add one tablespoon of lemon juice and honey to enhance the taste.
