Cumin cinnamon drink

Cinnamon is a powerhouse of antioxidants and at the same time helps in losing weight. Its anti-inflammatory properties help in fighting diabetes.

Cumin, on the other hand, is good for digestion and enhances the immune system.

To make the drink:

- Take a big saucepan, add cumin seeds and cinnamon to it along with a glass of water.

- Let it boil for five minutes. Strain the drink and have it warm.

- You can add some salt, lemon and honey too.
