Chicken legs with orange

Ingredients:

- 2 lb chicken legs.
- 1 medium-sized orange, cut into thin slices.
- 5 large garlic cloves, cut into slices.
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- ¼ cup corn or olive oil.
- 1 tbsp onion powder.
- 1 tbsp paprika.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp all spices.
- ½ tsp ginger powder.
- ½ tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1- Place orange juice, vinegar, oil, onion powder, all spices, and salt in a deep bowl, and mix the ingredients until combined.

2- Add the chicken legs and garlic slices to the seasoning mixture, rub them well by hand, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably to the next day.

3- Preheat the oven at 250° degree.

4- Arrange the orange slices on the bottom of a large baking tray.

5- Arrange the chicken legs in the tray on the oranges, distribute the seasoning mixture over them, then cover the tray with foil.

6- Place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven, leave it for 40 minutes, then remove the foil, and leave it in the oven for another 15 minutes or until the chicken legs are well cooked and browned.

7- Remove the tray from the oven and serve it with rice and salads.
