Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and peeled.
- 2 large beets, boiled and peeled.
- 2 medium-sized garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped.
- 1 ½ tsp vinegar.
- 1 tsp corn oil.
- ¼ teaspoon salt.
Directions:
1- Cut the potatoes and beets into small cubes, and place them in a deep bowl.
2- Add the garlic, parsley, vinegar, oil, and salt to the potatoes and beets, and stir the salad gently.
3- Cover the bowl with a nylon sheet, leave it aside for 15 minutes, then serve the salad with meat or fish.
