Ingredients:
- 1 large chicken, cut into 6 pieces.
- 3 medium-sized onions, cut into thin slices.
- ½ cup of water.
- ¼ cup vinegar.
- 4 tbsp butter at room temperature.
- 2 tbsp paprika.
- 2 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1- Preheat the oven at at 250° degree.
2- Spread the onion slices on a large oven tray, distribute water and then vinegar over them.
3- Mix the soft butter, paprika, salt and black pepper well together in a small bowl, rub the chicken pieces with mixture until covered on both sides, and arrange it over the onion slices.
4- Cover the tray tightly with foil, place it on the second rack from the bottom of the oven, and leave it for 40 minutes.
5- Remove the foil from the tray, and leave it in the oven for anther 10 minutes or until the chicken is well cooked and browned.
