Roasted beef fillet

Ingredients:

- 1 ½ lb thick beef fillet, cut into medium pieces.
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 2 tbsp corn oil.
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 1 tbsp onion powder.
- 1 tsp allspices.
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1- Mix Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, onion powder, allspice, cinnamon, salt and black pepper together in a small bowl.

2- Place the meat pieces in a deep bowl, distribute the seasoning mixture, and mix well.

3- Cover the bowl with cling film and chill in the fridge for 4 hours, preferably until the next day.

4- Heat the oil and butter in a small non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.

5- Arrange a few pieces of meat in the pan, leaving spaces between them, and leave for two minutes, then turn and brown it without moving for two minutes on each side until they are well cooked on all sides.

6- Arrange the pieces of beef on a serving plate, and serve with rice or pasta and salads.
