Garlic Paste

Ingredients:

- 1 lb whole garlic bulb.

Directions:
1- Preheat the oven to 170C.

2- Wrap every whole garlic bulb in aluminium foil and place on a tray in the oven.

3- Roast for 40 to 45 minutes, or until soft.

4- When the garlic is cool enough to handle, cut the top off of the bulb. Squeeze out all the garlic and mashed softly.

5- Put the garlic paste into a glass jar and keep in the refrigerator.
