Shola Kabab

Ingredients:

- 2 pound lamb chunks, boneless.
- ½ cup water.
- ½ cup raw papaya grated.
- ½ cup yoghurt.
- ¼ cup mustard oil.
- 2 tbsp oil.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder.
- ½ tsp cumin powder.
- ½ tsp coriander powder.
- ½ tsp white pepper powder.
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
- ¼ tsp red chilly powder.
- ¼ tsp kalonji powder.
- ¼ tsp saunf powder.
- ¼ tsp mustard powder.

Directions:
1- Wash, clean and dry the lamb pieces.

2- Prepare a marinade by mixing together all the ingredients.

3- Marinate the lamb pieces in the prepared mixture and keep aside for 2 hours.

4- Skewer the marinated lamb and roast in a medium heat oven for 25 minutes.

5- Remove from skewers and serve hot.
