Vegetable raita salad

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of yoghurt.
- 1 small tomato, seeded and cut into small cubes.
- 1 small cucumber, cut into small cubes.
- 1 small red onion, cut into small cubes.
- 3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp ground cumin.
- ¼ tsp turmeric.

Directions:
1- Pour the yoghurt into a deep bowl, add garlic, salt, cumin and turmeric, and stir until mixed well.

2- Add ¾ quantity of diced tomatoes, onions and cucumbers to the mixture and stir well, then pour the salad into a serving bowl.

3- Sprinkle the remaining vegetable cubes on top of the yogurt mixture, sprinkle with ground cumin, and serve.
