Ingredients:
- 2 lP red hot peppers.
- 1 ½ cup hot water.
- ¼ cup white vinegar.
- 1 tsp salt.
Directions:
1- Wash the hot peppers well, then leave them in a colander until rid of water.
2- Remove the stems of the peppers and put them in a medium-sized saucepan.
3- Add salt, hot water and vinegar to the chili peppers, then cover the pot and leave it on a low heat, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes or until the pods are softened well, and the amount of liquids is halved.
4- Remove the pan from the heat, and set it aside until the mixture cools completely.
5- Pour the hot pepper mixture into the bowl of the electric mixer, and beat on high speed for 2 minutes or until it becomes a red liquid.
6- Pour the sauce in a bottle and tightly closed, then kept it in a dry and dark place, and you can be used immediately.
