Chocolate fondant

Ingredients:

- 1 ¼ cup flour.
- A pinch of salt.
- ¾ tbsp baking powder.
- 4 ½ tbsp cocoa.
- 1 package of prepared chocolate pudding.
- 1 cup butter.
- ½ cup hot water.
- ¾ cup sugar.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla concentrate.
- 1 cup chocolate chips.

Directions:
1 - Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and grease small, deep clay molds with soft butter.

2- Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a deep bowl.

3- In another bowl, beat the cocoa, powdered pudding and hot water with an electric beater on a low speed until the ingredients are well mixed, then leave the mixture a little to cool.

4- Add the eggs and vanilla to the cocoa mixture, then beat again on high speed until its ingredients are completely mixed.

5- Add the butter to the mixture, and continue 
beating until it is well mixed.

6- Add half of the flour mixture, then beat on medium speed for 1 minute.

7- Gradually add the second half of the flour mixture, continuing to beat after each addition until combined.

8- Add the chocolate chips, and beat on high speed for another minute or until the mixture rises and all its ingredients are mixed together.

9 - Distribute the mixture on the prepared molds, spread it out with a spoon, then arrange the molds on a flat oven tray.

10- Place the tray on the middle rack of the oven, leave for 40 minutes, and test the maturity by piking by a thin knife in the middle to come out dry.

11- Remove the tray from the oven, and leave the molds to cool completely, this step provides the softness of the cake and the fluidity of the chocolate inside, then serve.
