Provence herbal mixture

Ingredients:

- 1 ½ tbsp dry rosemary.
- 1 tbsp dry basil.
- 1 tbsp dry marjoram.
- 1 tbsp dry oregano.
- 1 tbsp dry thyme.
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds.
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns.
- ½ tbsp dry sage.
- ½ tbsp dry parsley.
- ½ tbsp dry coriander.
- 3 large bay leaves.

Directions:
1- Put all the ingredients in the electric grinder, and grind it until it becomes a somewhat fine powder.

2- The herbs are packed in an airtight jar, then kept it in a dry and dark place.

3- Provence herbs are used to season meat and chicken, especially in French and Italian recipes.
