Orzo with vegetables

Ingredients:

- 2 cups orzo.
- 1 cup peas.
- 1 small red pepper, cut into small cubes.
- 1 small yellow pepper, cut into small cubes.
- 2 tbsp corn oil.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp white pepper.

Directions:
1- Boil the pasta in a large amount of boiling water until done, then drain and pour into a deep bowl.

2- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat, add the peas, and stir for 2 minutes or until they soften and change color.

3- Add the red and yellow pepper 
cubes, salt and white pepper to the peas, and continue stirring the mixture for another 3 minutes or until it is well cooked.

4- Add the vegetable mixture to the pasta and stir well, then serve hot.
