Ingredients:
- 1lb beef ribs.

- 3 tbsp barbecue sauce.
- 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- ½ tsp dried red chilli flakes.
- 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 tbsp onion powder.
- 1 tsp allspice.
- 1 tsp ground dry thyme.- ½ tsp dried red chilli flakes.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper.
Directions:
1- In a large bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, allspice, thyme, onion powder and chilli flakes.
3- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
4- Preheat the oven to 250°.
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper.
Directions:
1- In a large bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, allspice, thyme, onion powder and chilli flakes.
2- Add the beef ribs and rubbing to cover the meat completely.
4- Preheat the oven to 250°.
5- Put the ribs in a roasting tin and roast for 50 minutes, or until cooked through.
6- Serve the ribs with barbecue sauce and salad.
