Red cabbage salad

Salad ingredients:
- 4 cups thinly sliced red cabbage.
- 2 large carrots, grated.
- ½ cup parsley,
 chopped

Dressing ingredients:
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1. Mix cabbage, carrots and parsley in a deep bowl.

2. Mix the dressing ingredients well in a small bowl.

3. Spread the dressing over the cabbage salad and stir until all ingredients are combined.

4- Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes, and serve.
