Ingredients:
- 160g Black Angus beef sirloin.
- 160g Wagyu beef sirloin.
- 40g Fontina cheese.
- 1 sundried tomato and lemon
- 3 small onions, sliced and caramelized .
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced.
- 4 tbsp mustard.
- 3 tbsp butter.
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise.
- 40g rocket leaves.
- 2 country bread roll.
Directions:
1- Slice the beef and then grilled, and before removing the beef add the onions to caramelized with the garlic.
2- Brush the bread with butter and toasted before adding the mustard and the mayonnaise.
3- Add the steak on the bread with the cheese and toasted under the salamander, and finally add the rocket leaves.
4- Slice the sandwich and served with the chips and the salad.
