Grilled lamb chops with tomato juice

Ingredients:

- 1 ½ kilo lamb chops with bones.
-1 large onion, sliced.
- 3 large tomatoes, sliced.
- ½ cup water.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 2 tbsp corn oil.
- 1 tbsp dry thyme.
- 2 tsp salt.
- 1 ½ tsp 7 spices seasoning.
- 1 tsp black pepper.
- ¼ tsp grated nutmeg.

Directions:
1- Put the onion slices, tomatoes and water in the electric blender, and beat on high speed for a minute or until it becomes a smooth juice.

2- Strain the juice through a narrow-hole strainer into a large bowl, pressing by hand until it drains well.

3- Add all the other ingredients -except the lamb chops- into the juice, and stir well.

4- Add the lamb chops to the seasoning mixture, and rub them well by hand until they are covered.

5- Cover the chops bowl with cling film, then leave it in the fridge for 4 hours at least.

6- Preheat the oven to medium heat.

7- Arrange the meat pieces in a large tray, and distribute the rest of the seasoning mixture.

8- Cover the tray tightly with foil, put it on the middle rack of the oven, leave it for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and leave it in the oven for another 15 minutes or until the chops is well cooked.
