Chicken liver with mustard and colored pepper

Ingredients:

- 1 kilo of chicken liver, cleaned, washed and drained.
- 5 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- 1 small sweet orange pepper, cut into cubes.
- 1 small sweet yellow pepper, cut into cubes.
- 2 large hot green peppers, seeded and thinly sliced.
- ½ cup hot water.
- 2 tbsp mustard.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp vinegar.
- 2 tbsp corn oil.
- 1 ½ tsp allspices.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1- Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat, add the liver pieces, vinegar, black pepper and spices, and keep stirring the mixture for 2 minutes or until it dries.

2- Add the minced garlic and hot pepper slices to the mixture, and stir for 1 minute.

3- Add the hot water, colored pepper, mustard and salt, stir well; then leave it for a minute until the water is boils.

4- Reduce completely the heat, and leave it for 2 minutes until the liver is well cooked.

5- Remove the liver mixture from the heat, add the lemon juice and stir well, then pour the mixture into a serving dish, and serve.
