Ingredients:
- 2 lP medium sized shrimp, peeled and cleaned.
- 1 small sweet green pepper, cut into thin slices.
- 1 small sweet red pepper, cut into thin slices.
- 1 small yellow pepper, cut into thin slices.
- 3 small onions, cut into thin slices.
- ¼ cup of lemon juice.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- 1 tsp ground cumin.
- ¾ tsp ground white pepper.
Directions:
1- Put the shrimp and all the other ingredients in a oven bag, make the air out from the bag, and close it tightly, then rub well with your hands until the shrimp are well seasoned.
2- Place the bag on a oven tray, place in the refrigerator, and leave for an hour.
3- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
4- Place the tray with the shrimp bag on the middle rack in the oven, and leave it for 20 minutes or until the shrimp are soft and take a medium orange color.
5- Take the tray out from the oven, leave it aside for 5 minutes, then open the bag and pour the shrimp mixture into a serving dish, and serve.
