Potato puree with cheddar cheese

Ingredients:

- 5 medium-sized potatoes, cut into cubes.
- ¾ cup grated cheddar cheese.
- ½ cup of cooking cream.
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp white pepper.

Directions:
1- Put potato cubes in a saucepan, add salt and a quantity of hot water to cover, then boil it until soft.

2- Drain the potatoes and place it in a deep bowl, add cheese and butter, then mash it finely with a masher.

3- Heat the cream in a metal bowl over a medium heat until it begins to boil, then add it to the potato puree.

4- Add white pepper to the potatoes, and mash it well until the ingredients are mixed and the cheese melts inside, then poured into a serving plate.
