Beehive bread stuffed with cheese and parsley

Dough ingredients:

- 3 cups flour.
- 1 cup warm water.
- ¼ cup oil.
- 3 tbsp milk powder.
- 1 tbsp instant yeast.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1 tsp salt.

Filling ingredients:
- 1 cup feta cheese.
- 2 tbsp chopped green parsley.

Coverage ingredients:
- 1 egg yolk.
- 2 tbsp of sesame.

Directions:
1- Put the flour, milk powder, instant yeast, baking powder, 
sugar, salt into the dough kneader bowl, and mix the ingredients for seconds.

2- Add the oil and the water and knead the ingredients until it becomes a soft dough, adding more flour if needed, then continue kneading at a slow speed for 8 minutes.

3- Cover the dough with a towel, and leave it in a warm place until it doubles size.

4- Mix the cheese with the chopped parsley to prepare the filling.

5- Cut the dough into small balls, and fill it with the filling.

6- Put the dough balls in a greased tray, and cover it with a towel, and leave it until they double size.

7- Brush the dough balls with the egg yolks, then spread the sesame seeds in the top.

8- Preheat the oven to 180° C, and bake the dough until golden color.
