Ingredients:
- 500g beef fillet, cut into thin slices.
- 250g fresh mushrooms, cut into thin slices.
- 2 small onions, cut into thin slices.
- 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped.
- 1 cup hot beef broth.
- ½ cup cooked cream.
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 1 tbsp oil.
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- ½ tsp black pepper.
- ½ tsp allspice.
- ½ tsp paprika.
Directions:
1- Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat, add the beef slices and stir for 5 minutes or until browned, then transfer it to a plate and set aside.
2- Melt the butter in the same skillet over a medium heat, add the chopped onions, and stir for 2 minutes or until it becomes transparent.
3- Add the roasted beef slices, mushroom slices, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, allspice, paprika, beef stock, and Worcester sauce to the onions, stir the mixture, then cover and leave for minutes until it boils well.
4- Reduce the heat under the pan, and leave it for 35 minutes or until the beef is well cooked.
5- Add the cream, and stir for 2 minutes or until the mixture boil again, then removed and served.
