Spiced hummus

Ingredients:

- 1 ½ cup of chickpeas, boiled and drain.
- ½ cup water.
- ¼ cup parsley leaves.
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled.
- 3 tbsp Tahini (sesame paste).
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tsp of salt.
- 1 tsp cumin, crushed.
- ¼ tsp of chilli flakes.

Directions:
1- Pour all the ingredients -except the oil- into the electric mixer bowl, and whisk at high speed for a minute or until all the ingredients are grind and become smooth.

2- Pour the mixture in the serving dish, distribute the olive oil, and serve.
