Salsa Verde

Ingredients:

- ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil.
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves.
- ½ cup fresh parsley leaves.
- 2 tbsp chopped jarred roasted red bell pepper.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 1 tbsp chopped onion.
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic.
- 1 tsp anchovy paste.
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes.
- ½ tsp capers.
- Salt.

Directions:
1- In a food processor, puree all ingredients but oil and salt until smooth.

2- With machine running, slowly add oil until well combined.

3- Season with salt, to taste.
