Ingredients:
- 1 large onion, finely sliced.
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- ¼ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.
- ½ tsp red chilli flakes.
Directions:
1- Place all ingredients in a small bowl.
2- season with salt and pepper to taste.
3- Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
