Grilled flank steak fajitas

Fajitas ingredients:
- 4 lb skirt or flank steak.
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce.
- ¼ cup orange juice.
- ¼ cup lemon juice.
- 2 tbsp lime juice.
- 2 tbsp soy sauce.
- 3 tbsp liquid smoke.
- 1 bay leaf.
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.

Dressing ingredients:
- ¾ cup olive oil.
- ½ cup red wine vinegar.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- 1 tsp dried basil.
- 1 tsp dried parsley.
- 1 tsp dried oregano.
- ¾ tsp garlic powder.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ¼ tsp black pepper.

Directions:

1- In a large pot, combine ingredients for marinade, and simmer over medium heat until flavors meld, let mixture cool.

2- Place meat in a shallow dish, pour marinade over meat, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

3- In a small pot, combine the dressing ingredients.

4- Place meat in clean shallow dish and cover with the dressing. Marinate for 1 more hour in the refrigerator.

5- Preheat a grill to 425 degrees F.

6- Grill steak, along with onions and peppers, for 10 minutes on each side.

7- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

8- Slice meat into strips, cutting across the grain.

9- Top with your favorite toppings, and serve with flour or corn tortillas.
