Grilled chicken breast with sweet & sour sauce

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts.
- ½ cup yogurt.
- ¼ cup ketchup.
¼ cup lime juice.
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar.
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 tbsp onion powder.
- 1 tsp salt.
- ½ tsp black pepper.
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes.

Directions:
1- In a small pot, combine ingredients for marinade.

2- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish, pour marinade over the breasts, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

3- Preheat grill to 425 degrees F.

4- Grill chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side.

5- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

6- Slice chicken breasts into strips, cutting across the grain.
