Easy Turkish Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs (450 g) of peas
- 20 shallots
- 1 lbs (450 g) diced beef
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced)
- 1 carrot
- 2 potatoes
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- ½ cup of water to thin the tomato paste
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp thyme
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 tbs vegetable oil
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs (450 g) of peas

Directions:
1- Transfer the peas into a large bowl.
2- Add diced potatoes, carrots, shallots, diced beef, peeled and diced tomatoes and garlic.
3- Season with some black pepper, thyme and salt.
4- Add vegetable oil.
5- Thin the tomato paste with some water.
6- Fold the baking paper that you cut in desired dimensions.
7- Bake for 45 minutes on 200C (400F) pre-heated oven.
