Spicy lamb balls

Ingredients:
- 800 g (1 ½ lb) lean mince lamb
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- ½cup flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mint, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp ground coriander

Directions:
1-Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2- Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

3- Shape the mixture into golf-ball sized meatballs.

4- Place the meatballs on a baking tray.

5- Place in an oven set to gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
