French Cuisine
Ingredients:
- ½ lP Feta cheese
- 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- 1 basil leaf, finely chopped
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 7 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper
Directions:
- Pour the milk in a small metal bowl; add the basil, dill, lemon peel and
salt.
- Leaves the mixture over medium heat until boiling.
- Set the milk aside for 10 minutes until cool down.
- Crumble the Feta cheese with a fork in a small bowl.
- Add the garlic, olive oil, milk mixture, and mixed it well until combined.
- Beat the egg whites with a fork; add it to the mixture, and mixing
well until it becomes a fluffy creamy cheese.
- Leave the cream cheese in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
