Indian Cuisine
Ingredients:
- 50 g green pepper
- 50 g carrot batons
- 50 g potato batons
- 150 g Lababdar gravy
- 100 g green peas
- 50 g green beans
- 50 g onion sliced
- 5 g chilli powder
- 10 g cumin powder
- 50 g sliced tomato
Directions:
- Add ½ liter of water and salt in saucepan, bring to a
boil.
- Cook all the vegetables - except the pepper - for 8 to 10
minutes, or until al dente. Remove and reserve.
- Heat a heavy saucepan with ghee, add cumin, lababdar
gravy and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add red chilli powder, onion slices, cumin powder,
turmeric powder, kasthori methi and salt. Sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a clean portion bowl.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
