Ingredients:
- 2 eggs.
- 3 tbsp canola oil.
- 1 cup milk.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1 tsp
salt.
- 2 cups all-purpose
flour.
- 2 tsp baking powder.
- 1 ½ tsp mustard
powder.
- 1 tsp garlic powder.
- 2 cups of shredded
cheddar cheese.
Directions:
- Mix the eggs, the oil,
the milk, the sugar and the salt.
- Add the dry
ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
- Mix in the shredded
cheese.
- Line a loaf pan with
parchment paper and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes in
an oven preheated to 375F.
