Mashed potatoes with shrimps

Egyptian Cuisine

Ingredients:
- 1 cup small shrimp.
- 3 whole green onions cut into thin slices.
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 2 large potatoes.
- 1 tbsp cream.
- 1 tbsp butter.

Directions:
- Cut the potatoes into squares, boil it well and drain, then placed in deep bowl.
- Add the ½ sliced of the green onions, cream and butter to potatoes, and mash well.
- Cook the shrimp and the second part of the sliced onions in olive oil for 3 minutes, then add it to the potatoes mixture.
- Stir well and serve.
