Sauce ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of beef stock.
- ½ tsp mustard powder.
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- Salt to taste.
- Pepper to taste.
- 2 tsp corn starch diluted in 2 tsp of water.
- 1 large spanish onion, cut finely and ringed.
- 1 tbsp ketchup.

Patties ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef.
- ½ cup bread crumbs.
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
- 1 egg.
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce.
- ¼ tsp salt.
- ½ tsp ground black pepper.

Directions:

- Form the ground beef into 4 circular patties.
- Run your finger down the center of each patty to form an indentation so the patty will resemble a steak.
- Fry the patties in a pan, over medium high heat, for about 4 minutes on each side. Set them aside.
- In the same pan, add in the onions, and fry them until they are translucent and somewhat wilted.
- Add in the beef stock, mustard powder, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring it to a boil.
- Add in the diluted corn starch and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Put the patties on a plate, and spoon the onions and sauce over them.
