Italian Cuisine
Dough ingredients:
- 2 cups flour.
- 2 tsp instant yeast.
- 2 tbsp milk powder.
- ½ tbsp sugar.
- ½ tsp salt.
- 1 ½ tbsp melted butter.
- ¾ cup lake warm water.
Pizza ingredients:
- ¼ kilo fresh mushrooms, cutting in
thin slices.
- 1 green pepper big size, cutting in small
cubes.
- 1 red pepper big size, cutting in small cubes.
- 1 ½ cup black olives cutting in slices.
- 1 ½ cup pizza sauce.
- 1 ½ cup grated Mozzarella cheese.
- 1 ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese.
- 1 cup grated Gouda cheese.
- ¾ cup grated Barmajan cheese.
- 2 tbsp dry thyme.
Dough directions:
- Mix well the flour, yeast, milk powder, sugar and salt
by hand in a deep bowl.
- melt the butter and add it to the flour
mixture, and rubbed it well by hand until it disappears completely.
- Gradually add the warm water to the mixture and knead by hand
after each addition until it disappears.
- You can increase a little amount of water if the dough still be too
dry.
- Continue to knead the dough by hand for
another 10 minutes or until it be cam a flexible smoothly dough.
- Grease a large bowl with a little amount of oil, and transfer the dough, cover
with a towel and left it in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Gather dough by hand and knead gently for
seconds, even decline slightly, and cut it with a knife into 2 equal parts.
- Shape each part to a ball, put it in a
tray and cover with dried towel for another 10 minutes.
Pizza directions:
- Preheat oven to temperature high medium heat, and grease 2 round large-sized trays.
- Sprinkle a little of flour on the table and shape the doughs to a 2 big circles in ½ cm of thickness.
- Fold dough circle in half and transfer it to
the baking tray, then leave it in a warm place for 10 minutes.
- Spread on the dough by the pizza sauce, taking care to leave 2 cm empty space from outside.
- Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, spread green & red
pepper cubes, mushrooms &
olive slices, then sprinkle the Gouda cheese.
- Sprinkle the Barmajan cheese over the 2 cm empty space
from the outside, and then
sprinkle the dry thyme over the entire pizza.
- Bake the pizzas in the oven for 12 minutes
or until medium golden color, and serve.
