Sausage macaroni & cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 lP original sausage or hot sausage.
- 2 packages (20 oz) Macaroni.
- 1 can (4.5 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained.
- 1 cup diced tomatoes.
- ⅓ cup sliced green onions.
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese.

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In large skillet, crumble and cook sausage until browned.
- In large bowl, combine sausage, macaroni and cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole dish. 
- Cover and bake 30 minutes or until hot.
- Stir, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes more.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
