Italian Cuisine
Ingredients:
- ¾ cup parsley leaves.
- 2 ½ tbsp capers.
- 6 flat anchovy
fillets.
- ½ tsp garlic chopped
very fine.
- ½ tsp strong mustard.
- ½ tsp red wine vinegar
for meat or 1 tbsp lemon juice for fish.
- ½ cup extra virgin
olive oil.
- Salt to taste.
Directions:
- Throw all the
ingredients in the food processor and blitz.
- Add the olive oil a
little at a time.
- This salsa we can use
it with steak, fish, roast potatoes or a salad dressing by adding more lemon
juice and olive oil.
- You can double the
recipe because it keeps very well in the fridge.
