Spaghetti with minced meat and tomatoes

Ingredients:

- 1 lb Spaghetti.
- 1 lb ground beef.
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and cut into small cubes.
- 3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp tomato paste.
- 1 ½ tsp salt.
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp 7 spices seasoning.
- ½ tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1- Boil the Spaghetti in a boiling water mixed with salt and oil, then drain well. Leaving ½ cup of the boiling water for use in cooking.

2- Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.

3- Add the minced meat to the oil, and break it up with a wooden spoon while continuing to stirring occasionally for 3 minutes or until it changes color.

4- Add the minced garlic, paprika, spices seasoning and black pepper to the meat, stir the mixture well, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.

5- Add the Spaghetti water, tomato cubes and paste and salt to the mixture, and stir until all the ingredients are mixed.

6- Add the drained Spaghetti to the meat mixture, and stir for 2 minutes until they are well mixed together, then serve it.
