Broccoli and Carrot Salad

Ingredients:
- ½ cup mayonnaise.
- 1 tbsp white vinegar.
- 2 tsp honey.
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
- 1 tsp thyme.
- 1 tsp celery seed.
- ¼ tsp kosher salt.
- ¼ ground black pepper.
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce.
- 2 cups of chopped broccoli.
- 1 cup baby carrots chopped.
- 1 cup chopped celery.
- Handful of sliced almonds.

Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together everything except the cabbage broccoli, carrots and celery.
- Mix in the chopped veggies and almonds until everything is well coated.
- Refrigerate until serving.
