Morning detoxifying juice

Try this juice. It's a great start to the day. It helps cleanse the liver, gallbladder and kidneys of toxins that have built up.

Ingredients:
- ½ cups of raspberries
- ¼ cup mango, cut into pieces
- ¼ cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup of kale
- 2 slices of ginger root
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup of coconut water

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds to prevent oxidation. Drink this juice immediately.
