Coffee and chocolate brownies

Brownie ingredients:

- ½ cup butter at room temperature.
- ½ cup flour.
- ½ cup sugar.
- 1 cup unsweetened chocolate chips.
- 2 eggs.
- 2 tbsp hot water.
- 1 ½ tbsp instant coffee.
- 1 tbsp vanilla.
- ¼ tsp salt.

Sauce ingredients:
- ¼ cup powdered sugar.
- 1 tbsp butter at room temperature.
- 2 tbsp hot water.
- ½ 
tbsp instant coffee.
- 1 
tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder.

Brownies directions:
1- Preheat the oven to 160° C.

2- In a deep bowl, melt the butter, sugar and chocolate together over a water bath, stirring constantly until all the ingredients are completely dissolved.

3- Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water. Add the coffee to the chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.

4- Remove the 
bowl from the heat, and leave it to becomes a little warm.

5- Whisk the eggs into the mixture. Add the vanilla and stir well.

6- Mix the flour and salt in a separate bowl. Add the chocolate mixture to 
the flour and mix well until the mixture becomes a smooth.

7- Spread the chocolate mixture in a tray greased by a little oil.

8- Place the tray on the middle rack in the oven, and leave it for 30 minutes or until firm.

Sauce
 directions:
1- Mix the butter with the sugar and cocoa powder well.

2- Mix the instant coffee and vanilla with hot water well. Add it to the 
butter mixture and mix well.

3- Spread the sauce over the hot brownies after removing from the oven.

4- Leave the brownies to cool and cut into squares.
