Mexican taco pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 pound store-bought pizza dough.
- All-purpose flour, for sprinkling.
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for brushing.
½ cup canned refried black beans.
¼ cup store-bought salsa.
- 1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese.

¼ cup chopped tomatoes.
- 2 scallions, finely chopped.
3 tbsp sliced pickled jalapenos.
- ¼ cup sliced black olives.
- 2 tbsp lime juice. 
- ½ tsp taco seasoning mix.


Directions:
1- Preheat 
the oven to 450 degrees F.

2- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured work surface into an 11-inch round.

3- Transfer to a parchment-covered pizza peel or another upside-down baking sheet.

4- Brush the dough with olive oil, then spread the refried black beans on top, leaving a ½ inch border.

5- Spoon the salsa over the beans and sprinkle with taco seasoning mix and the cheese.

6- Scatter the chopped tomatoes, scallions,  jalapenos and sliced black olives on top.

7- Bake the pizza until the crust is crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.

8- Let cool a few minutes. 

9- Sprinkle the pizza with lime juice, and cut into slices.
