Emirates Cuisine
Ingredients:
- 2 lP kingfish steaks, ½ inch thick
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic, finely minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup oil for frying
Directions:
- Combine lemon juice garlic, ginger, turmeric, black pepper and salt in
small bowl, and mix it well.
- Marinate the fish on both sides.
- Heat the oil in a skillet set over medium heat.
- Fry the fish steaks for 5 minutes, then flip and fry for 3 more
minutes.
