Japanese Cuisine
Ingredients:
- ½ cup vegan mayonnaise.
- 3 tbsp vegan horseradish.
- 1 tbsp malt/tarragon vinegar or fresh lemon
juice.
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or chopped fresh
dill or chopped green onion tops.
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl but
hold back 1 tbsp of horseradish.
- Taste and add more horseradish if desired
and a pinch of salt if needed.
- Horseradish sauce is the classic topping
for a slice of prime rib, a steak, on lamb, or a dipping for a deep-fried
mushrooms, a fried potato, or on sandwiches as a spicier alternative to mustard
and mayonnaise.
