Fruit salad with marshmallows

Ingredients:
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened.
- 3 tbsp half-and-half.
- ¼ cup mayonnaise.
- 2 tbsp lemon juice.
- Dash of salt.
- 2 tbsp sugar.
- 1 cup diced pineapple.
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange sections, drained.
- ½ cup halved maraschino cherries.
- ½ cup green or red seedless grapes, halved.
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts.
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows.
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped.

Directions:
- Combine cream cheese and 3 tbsp whipping cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dash of salt, and sugar.
- Combine cream cheese mixture with fruit, nuts, and marshmallows.
- Fold whipped cream into fruit salad.
- Cover and freeze in an 8 inch square pan.
- Slice before completely thawed, to get the nice clean edge.
- Plate for individual servings and garnish with fresh fruit.
