Ingredients:
- 8 small potatoes, quartered.
- 2 tbsp olive oil.
- 2 tsp paprika.
- 1 tsp dried rosemary.
- ½ tsp salt.
- ½ tsp ground chili powder.
Directions:
1- Place the potato quarters in a deep bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and rub it well with your hands.
2- Sprinkle the paprika, rosemary, salt, and chili powder over the potato and rub them well with your hands until they are evenly coated.
3- Thread the potato quarters onto wooden skewers, arrange them on a baking sheet, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
4- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
5- Place the potato skewers on the grill and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and grill marks appear.
